Developed and owned by our partners at the Center for Urban Community Services, The Hannigan has been named in honor of CUCS founder, and retired CEO, Tony Hannigan. Tony is also a founding member of Breaking Ground's board of directors and served as a leader on our governing body for three decades.
The Hannigan's 117 supportive apartments are home to low-income adults and families, formerly homeless adults, and families and adults with histories of mental illness. CUCS provides comprehensive onsite supportive and social services, and Breaking Ground provides property management services.
