Breaking Ground provides property management services for The Lenniger Residences, located in the East Tremont section of the Bronx, developed and owned by the Center for Urban Community Services. Comprising two adjacent five-story buildings, this 92-unit residence provides permanent supportive housing to low-income adults and families, formerly homeless adults, and families and adults with histories of mental illness.
Although The Lenniger has units varying in size from studios to 3-bedrooms, we are currently accepting applications primarily for studio and 1-bedroom apartments.
