The Sydelle was developed and is owned by our partner the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS), who also provide the onsite support services. Breaking Ground is the property manager and oversees leasing, rent administration, and facilities.
The 108-unit Sydelle provides permanent supportive housing to low-income adults and families, formerly homeless adults, and families and adults with histories of mental illness.
