Breaking Ground's Street to Home outreach program covers all of Brooklyn, Queens, and Midtown Manhattan. We have teams canvassing the streets 24/7/365 to engage with people experiencing homelessness and bring services and housing opportunities to them. We meet people where they are and do everything we can to help them overcome homelessness as quickly as possible.
